Position: ERP Support Manager

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical areas or equivalent

Experience: 5-9 years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Take care of technical support teams with strong leadership to meet customers’ expectations and business requirements.

 Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service profitability

 Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project

 Preparation for new product launch (training, support structure)

 Optimize technical staff resource allocation

 Follow up customer complaints with engineers until closure

 Always keep engineers aware of Company Compliance

 Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system

 Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Key Skills Required

 Excellent communication skills

 Experience in team handling

 In depth understanding of ERP product and software technical support

 At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry

 Significant experience in leading customer engineer team, resource management, discipline and motivation

 Strong leadership skills

 Good interpersonal and customer handling skill

 Flexible and adaptable

 Responsible attitude and a willing-to-help-others mind set
