Position: ERP Support Manager
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical areas or equivalent
Experience: 5-9 years
Location: Indore
Roles & Responsibilities:-
Take care of technical support teams with strong leadership to meet customers’ expectations and business requirements.
Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service profitability
Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project
Preparation for new product launch (training, support structure)
Optimize technical staff resource allocation
Follow up customer complaints with engineers until closure
Always keep engineers aware of Company Compliance
Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system
Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
Key Skills Required
Excellent communication skills
Experience in team handling
In depth understanding of ERP product and software technical support
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
Significant experience in leading customer engineer team, resource management, discipline and motivation
Strong leadership skills
Good interpersonal and customer handling skill
Flexible and adaptable
Responsible attitude and a willing-to-help-others mind set
