Job Description

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of construction and real estate ERP systems, with a focus on new feature enhancements and AI chatbot (agent) development. The candidate should also have expertise in documentation, UI/UX design, and proficiency in Figma for creating intuitive and visually appealing designs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. ERP System Enhancement:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize new features and enhancements for construction/real estate ERP systems.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in current systems and processes.
• Develop detailed requirements, workflows, and user stories to guide the development team.

1. AI Chatbot Development:

• Assist in designing and implementing AI chatbots (agents) to enhance user interaction and automation.
• Collaborate with developers and data scientists to define chatbot functionalities and capabilities.
• Ensure the chatbot aligns with business goals and provides a seamless user experience.

1. Documentation:

• Create comprehensive and clear documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
• Maintain and update documentation to reflect system changes and enhancements.

1. UI/UX Design:

• Work closely with the design and development teams to create user-friendly interfaces for ERP modules and AI chatbot integration.
• Utilize Figma to develop wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups.
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to refine and enhance UI/UX designs.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment of goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular meetings, demos, and reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

1. Testing & Quality Assurance:

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the delivered features meet business requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues during the testing phase to maintain high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the real estate or construction domain.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly in construction and real estate industries.
• Experience with AI chatbot (agent) development and integration.
• Proficiency in UI/UX design with hands-on expertise in Figma.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to document complex processes and translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with AI frameworks and tools.
• Experience working on projects involving emerging technologies like machine learning or natural language processing (NLP).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
