Position: Assistant Support Manager (Technical)

Department: Implementation

Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Systems or related technical areas or equivalent

Experience: 3-7 years

Location: Indore

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Take care of technical support teams with strong leadership to meet customers’ expectations and business requirements.
• Monitor/Execute necessary action to minimize service cost to improve service profitability
• Plan/Promote service productivity improvement project
• Preparation for new product launch (training, support structure)
• Optimize technical staff resource allocation
• Follow up customer complaints with engineers until closure
• Always keep engineers aware of Company Compliance
• Coordinate closely with the ERP business process owners to maintain and update the ERP system
• Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Key Skills Required

• In depth understanding of ERP product and software technical support
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
• Significant experience in leading customer engineer team, resource management, discipline and motivation
• Strong leadership skills
• Good interpersonal and customer handling skills
• Flexible and adaptable
• Responsible attitude and a willing-to-help-others mind set
