Job Overview

NowIntern® is seeking an Academic Counselor for a full-time, junior-level position based in Pune. As an Academic Counselor, you will leverage your experience to support and guide individuals in their educational and career journey. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in the field and possess essential skills to enhance student engagement and career development.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated proficiency in inside sales (Mandatory skill).
• Ability to provide career development coaching to help individuals navigate their professional paths effectively.
• Familiarity with education software platforms to facilitate learning and administrative processes.
• Expertise in student engagement techniques to enhance student interaction and learning outcomes.
• Competence in conflict resolution strategies for addressing and mediating conflicts within an educational setting.
• Proficiency in digital communication tools for effective communication with students and educational professionals.
• Cultural competency in education to foster an inclusive, respectful, and understanding environment for diverse student populations.
• Knowledge of educational assessment tools to evaluate and improve student performance and educational programs.
