LOCATION:-Kundli, Sonepat, Haryana


1.     Preparing job descriptions and managing the employment process.

2.     Orientating new employees and training existing employees.

3.     Monitoring employee performance.

4.     Maintaining a detailed record of the company’s employees.

5.     Implement performance review procedures

6.     Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

7.     Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques

8.     Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees

9.     Manage employees’ grievances

10. Oversee daily operations of the HR department

11. Ensuring all the employees comply with the HR policies. 

12. Organizing events and conferences for the employees. 

13. Maintaining and recording employee attendance. 

14. Adhering to all the company’s rules and regulations and etc
