1. Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries in person, by telephone, or by email
2. Maintain an updated knowledge of the organization's products, services, and customer service policies
3. Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling documents and forwarding information to concerned engineer.
4. Manages employee schedule- complaint generate & maintain its record.
5. Ensuring Customer complaints are resolved in timely manner.
6. Collecting & Analysing Feedback from Customers
7. Reports problems and unresolved issues or complaints to Service managers/ Senior.
8. Maintain Service Reports Record.
9. Prepare & Maintain reports for service visits- AMC/ Chargeable/ FOC, Service team daily visit, customer feedback, Total visit report engineer wise etc
10. Explain simply and clearly in response to customer questions and check for customer understanding and acceptance
11. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements by identifying relevant features and benefits and answering any questions they may have.
12. Establish and maintain good rapport with customers by using positive language and anticipating their needs
13. Providing Overall Great Customer Experience
