Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. This full-time, entry-level position is ideal for a fresher eager to dive into the real estate sector. The candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and enhancing customer satisfaction. With a focus on fostering client relationships and driving sales, you will be at the forefront of implementing NoBroker.com's core mission of providing a hassle-free property search experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Salesforce, with the ability to effectively manage leads and track sales activities (Mandatory skill).
- Proven capability in lead generation, utilizing various platforms to increase client engagement and conversion (Mandatory skill).
- Strong negotiation skills to ensure mutually beneficial agreements with clients and partners (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with CRM Software to manage customer interactions and improve business relationships.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for managing marketing, sales, and service processes.
- Adept in account management with a focus on maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
- Ability to conduct data analysis for generating reports and insights to drive strategic decisions.
- Digital marketing knowledge to enhance online presence and drive more traffic to company services.
