Job Description: ORM Executive – Video Testimonials
Location: Sarjapura Road, Bangalore, India
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Mode: Office
We are hiring an enthusiastic ORM Executive to help us enhance our brand’s online reputation by collecting impactful video testimonials from our happy customers. If you are a people-person, tech-savvy, and passionate about customer engagement, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with satisfied customers to gather video testimonials.
- Guide and support customers through the video recording process.
- Organize and manage testimonial content for effective marketing use.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to amplify the brand's online presence.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Any graduate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal skills in English and Hindi.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using video tools and CRM systems.
- Personality: Empathetic, patient, and a strong communicator.
