As a fresher-level role with 0 to 1 year of experience, this full-time position requires proactive interaction with clients to enhance customer engagement through effective communication and cold calling. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in cold calling to effectively connect with potential clients and generate sales leads (Mandatory skill).
  • Exceptional customer engagement skills to understand customer requirements and provide suitable property solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong communication skills to clearly convey information and interact with property owners and seekers (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience or understanding of b2b sales processes to manage business transactions efficiently.
  • Ability to perform tele sales for achieving and exceeding sales targets through phone-based interactions.
  • Basic understanding of property and real estate market dynamics in India for informed customer interactions.
  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, technology-driven environment to meet diverse customer needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues promptly and enhance service satisfaction.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with property seekers and owners through cold calling to introduce NoBroker.com's services and convert leads.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between clients and the company to foster strong customer relationships.
  • Be a focal point for customer queries and issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and achieve sales targets by effectively utilizing sales techniques.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NoBroker.com's offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • Record and manage customer interactions and data within the company's CRM software for future reference and analysis.
  • Participate in training sessions and meetings to continually improve sales techniques and adapt to market changes.
  • Contribute to the team's success by sharing insights and collaborating in group strategies for market expansion.
