Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our Bengaluru team at NoBroker.com. This is a full-time, fresher-level position requiring a passion for B2B sales. Ideal candidates will have skills in CRM software, lead generation, and negotiation techniques. This role offers a creative environment with opportunities for growth and development in the Proptech industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in B2B Sales is a must, as you will be required to efficiently handle client interactions and campaigns. (Mandatory skill)
- Experience with CRM software like Salesforce is required to manage leads and customer relationships effectively.
- Proficiency in lead generation tools is essential for identifying and connecting with potential clients in the marketplace.
- Understanding of negotiation techniques to close deals and maintain fruitful client relationships is required.
- Knowledge of email marketing strategies to engage and attract potential customers will be an advantage.
- Experience with cold calling to generate leads and schedule appointments is essential.
- Ability to manage and nurture a sales pipeline to meet or exceed assigned quotas consistently.
- Familiarity with HubSpot for tracking and analyzing sales activities can greatly enhance client interactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential clients through calls and emails to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Maintain an updated database of customer information and sales interactions using CRM software.
- Generate leads through various channels and manage them through the sales lifecycle to closure.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement new strategies for customer acquisition.
- Conduct negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base.
- Provide customers with product information, pricing details, and additional services offered by NoBroker.com.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on the company’s services to potential corporate clients.
- Track sales metrics and report regularly on sales activities and results to the management team.
