Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team at NoBroker.com. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals over the phone or through online channels. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, with a focus on driving sales and achieving targets.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Strong research and analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Generate and qualify leads through targeted messaging and prospecting activities
  • Follow up with leads and nurture prospects to convert them into customers
  • Drive sales growth by effectively presenting our products and services to potential customers
  • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize the sales process and improve customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor offerings
  • Provide feedback and market intelligence to the product development team
