Job Overview

NoBroker.com is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential customers, and closing sales deals. This is a full-time position located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in inside sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels such as cold-calling, emails, and social media
• Reach out to potential customers and educate them about our services
• Understand customer needs and recommend the most suitable solutions
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
• Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide feedback to the management on customer requirements and market trends
