Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales professional for a full-time position. This junior-level role is based in Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, and Anantapur. The ideal candidate should have up to 3 years of work experience and will be responsible for driving sales by connecting with potential clients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, offering brokerage-free real estate solutions while ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in cold calling, which is essential for reaching out to potential clients and generating leads (Mandatory skill).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce to manage and analyze customer interactions and data efficiently.
- Familiarity with HubSpot to enhance inbound marketing efforts and track sales processes.
- Skilled in utilizing LinkedIn Sales Navigator for identifying and connecting with potential clients.
- Experience in email prospecting for reaching a wider audience and nurturing potential leads.
- Competence with CRM software to streamline communication and maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Expertise in lead generation tools to identify potential clients and expand the customer base strategically.
- Ability to analyze sales metrics for performance evaluation and to guide future sales strategies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through cold calling to promote NoBroker services and generate leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent lead follow-up and conversion into sales opportunities.
- Maintain a comprehensive CRM database to track customer interactions and sales progress.
- Implement strategic email prospecting campaigns to nurture leads and facilitate customer engagement.
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator for network expansion and identification of key prospects.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, opportunities, and progress for management review.
- Contribute to marketing efforts by participating in promotional activities and customer engagement events.
- Provide exemplary customer service to foster long-term relationships and enhance client satisfaction.
