Job Overview

We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist at a fresher level for full-time positions in Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting NoBroker.com's HR functions. Join our passionate team and contribute to various HR tasks including performance management, compliance with labor law, and benefits administration.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in performance management processes to evaluate and enhance employee performance over time. (Mandatory skill)
  • Expertise in administering employee benefits and compensation structures to ensure a competitive and attractive reward system. (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong understanding of labor law compliance to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to legal standards. (Mandatory skill)
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems for efficient data management and HR operations tracking.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to mediate and resolve disagreements within the workplace.
  • Commitment to fostering diverse and inclusive workplace initiatives that promote equality and respect.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of staff effectively and maintain a productive work environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive situations, and exhibit high ethical standards in all HR practices.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute HR programs related to performance management and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Implement and manage HR information systems and ensure accuracy in data processing.
  • Facilitate conflict resolution processes and act as a mediator in workplace disputes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives actively within the organization.
  • Assist in developing policies and procedures that enhance work culture and employee engagement.
  • Support recruitment processes as needed and partake in new employee onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and organizational growth.
