Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, or Pune. This full-time, junior-level position requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in sales. As a Field Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategies and managing customer relationships. Your excellent communication skills are mandatory for this role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales experience within the real estate or related industry, capable of creating and implementing sales strategies.
- Strong customer relationship management skills to effectively manage and nurture client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful negotiations and maximize outcomes.
- Comprehensive product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to clients.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Skilled in prospecting to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- Ability to close deals efficiently and meet the company's sales objectives.
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to clearly convey concepts and engage with customers.
