The Field Relationship Sales role at NoBroker.com is a full-time position based in Bangalore, intended for freshers seeking to develop their career in sales. This role offers the opportunity to engage directly with clients, helping them with property-related services. As a fresher level position, candidates are not required to have prior work experience, but dedication to exceptional customer service and sales strategies are key components of the role.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, understanding clients' needs, and maintaining impactful business relationships is a mandatory skill.
- Ability to execute sales strategies effectively, driving growth and gaining customer satisfaction, is a mandatory skill.
- Skill in closing deals with prospective clients through negotiation and persuasion is mandatory.
- Strong negotiation skills to facilitate agreements that benefit both clients and the organization.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey ideas clearly and respectfully to a diverse client base.
- Excellent problem-solving ability to address client queries and provide viable solutions promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to promote NoBroker's services and increase transactions.
- Identify and resolve client concerns promptly to ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in a dedicated field environment.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals through call-backs and site visits to maximize conversion rates.
- Reach set sales targets within the allocated territory while maintaining expenses within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-standard service delivery for clients.
- Keep updated with market trends and competitor offers to provide feedback and strategic recommendations.
- Attend team meetings and align with company goals to contribute to overall business growth and development.
