Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Central Sales Associate to join our team at NoBrokerHood. As a Central Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our community management app. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a technologically advanced platform that is revolutionizing the way societies are managed and enhancing the living experience of millions of families.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or technology industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving results
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to gated societies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with society administrators, management committee members, and key stakeholders
- Present product demonstrations and educate potential clients on the benefits of NoBrokerHood
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaign strategies
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving any issues
- Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on sales activities
