Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated Central Sales Associate to join our team at NoBrokerHood. As a Central Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our community management app. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a technologically advanced platform that is revolutionizing the way societies are managed and enhancing the living experience of millions of families.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the real estate or technology industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with a passion for sales and achieving results
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities through proactive outreach to gated societies
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with society administrators, management committee members, and key stakeholders
  • Present product demonstrations and educate potential clients on the benefits of NoBrokerHood
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create sales materials and campaign strategies
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and resolving any issues
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide regular updates on sales activities
