Responsibilities:

1) Handling team of 10-12 onroll field people to drive sales

2) Supply Onboarding for the all Home Service Categories

3) NPS (delivering amazing customer experience)

We are looking for someone who is :

1) Hungry to learn and has ambition to grow fast

2) Having 2-4 experience (BD/Ops) in any startup (preferably B2C)

Other points to note:

1) Candidate from startup background only

2) <=5 years of experience

Salary Range: 9-11 LPA (including variable)

Certain requirements for CM role

1. Already working in a startup is a big plus although not mandatory.

2. City Manager/Category Manager/Launch Manager/Operations Manager/Sales Manager/BD Manager are some designations that'll suit our CM role.

3. MBA is a big plus altho not mandatory.

4.. Any "Lead" OR "Associate" I will evaluate based on profile. But any "Executive" has to be avoided at all costs.

5. Should have done any sort of sales/BD in the past since this role primarily requires driving sales through field people

5. Should have worked in a fast-paced environment like startups since this role will require speed to execute things quickly.
