Provide detailed documentation of providers interaction with patient

To keep track of patients medical, lab and test reports and deliver that information when necessary.

To assist the clinician in filling out charts, forms and documentation necessary.

To respond to messages and questions for the doctor regarding the patient in question.

Make sure all patients charts are completed and necessary coding and billing is done.(In depth knowledge of ICD and CPT coding is a must)
