1. With minimal direction, the Mid to Senior Level QA Test Lead is responsible for the testing of internal
applications.
2. The QA Test Engineer has an interest in quality assurance of software applications, the ability to research, and
the determination to ask for clarification when necessary.
3. The successful candidate establishes metrics, mentors team members, as well as develop test plans and
scenarios.
4. The QA Test Lead will be expected to help develop and execute test automation scripts.
5. He/She will develop and continuously improve automated tests as new system features and enhancements are
developed.
6. Performs quality assurance analysis and testing of complex internal and third-party business applications.
7. Creates, implements, and executes manual/automated test cases.
8. Reviews and analyzes business requirements, systems requirements, and specifications documents to provide
timely and meaningful feedback.
9. Creates detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test scenarios.
10.Estimates, prioritizes, plans and coordinates testing activities.
11.Ability to direct toward root cause analysis of issues and to clearly communicate findings.
12.Identifies defects in multiple environments and throughout all phases of the development life cycle.
13.Log bugs and defects in JIRA.
14.Coordinates with appropriate resources to ensure proper tracking and resolution of all defects.
15.Researches and proactively recommends improvements for testing tools and techniques.
16.Prepares reports as needed using available information and data.
17.Mentors and trains junior QA test engineers.
Must have:
1. 6-10 years of experience as a QA Test Engineer.
2. Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent education or work experience
3. 5 years of developing automated test scripts using Selenium, AccelQ or similar testing tool.

Preferred:
12. API testing experience.
13. Back-end (SQL) testing experience.
