Qualification Diploma/BE/B.Tech (Civil)

Comunication Skills Good. Basic English Communication required.

Job Responsibilities

1. Mold Planning & arrangement

2.Labor & ITI worker management

3.Concrete distribution 

4.Steam distribution as per requirement

5.Overall production supervision

6.Maintain and Follow SOP and achieve production target

7.Minimize rejection of product & ensure standard of quality is maintained

8.Provide solutions to the problems faced regularly

9.Monitor forklift operation for product shifting to stock yard

10.Ensure safety measures are followed by all

11.To follow the necessary guidelines as per IMS (Integrated Management system)

12.Complying the necessary guidelines as per IMS (Integrated Management System) 

13.To support continual implementation and improvement of IMS standards 

14.To oversee requirements of IMS related formats & adherence for the (respective) Department 

Authority: -

1. Maintain Production Daily basis. 

2.Reporting to Manager in critical situation 

3.Workplace Management with 5’s.
