Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Target Achievement: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets set by the company.
  • Customer Acquisition: Prospect and identify new customers by traveling to potential client locations, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to foster customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services and communicate their benefits to clients effectively.
  • Market Research: Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities, areas for improvement, and potential threats.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status, providing regular reports to management.
  • Sales Presentations & Demos: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations at client locations or over video conferencing.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to secure contracts or sales.
  • Territory Management: Manage a defined geographic sales territory and plan daily routes to optimize the number of customer visits.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the internal sales and marketing teams to share customer insights and feedback, and ensure alignment on sales strategies.
  • Follow-up: Follow up with prospects and customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues.
