Job Overview
NeosAlpha Technologies is seeking a talented Human Resources Executive for a full-time position based in Jaipur. This junior-level role is ideal for candidates with a maximum of 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our employee recruitment and management processes.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must have experience as an HR Executive and demonstrate proficiency in human resource management practices.
- Proven ability to handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Strong recruiting skills to efficiently bring in top talent and place the right people in the right roles.
- Proficiency in sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates across diverse channels.
- Excellent data management skills to maintain accurate employee records and derive meaningful insights from HR analytics.
- Adept at making comprehensive reports, presenting data in a clear and concise manner to assist decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various departments to align HR initiatives with organizational goals.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Coordinate with various departments for documentation and employee support.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Handle routine HR queries and provide necessary support to employees.
- Help with attendance tracking if required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process by identifying recruitment needs, job postings, and candidate sourcing.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews and assessments to fill current and future job openings effectively.
- Develop and implement efficient sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates through various channels.
- Maintain and update regular reports on recruitment status, employee data, and HR activities.
- Foster strong relationships with department heads and employees to understand and resolve HR-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and industry best practices at all times.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
