Position Overview:We are looking for a HR Generalist with 3-4 years of proven experience in comprehensive HR operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about employee satisfaction, engagement, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the entire spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Implement strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
• Conduct regular feedback sessions to understand employee concerns and address them effectively.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal regulations.
• Administer benefits programs and handle employee queries regarding benefits and policies.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives to improve employee skills and competencies.
• Collaborate with management to resolve workplace conflicts and issues.
• Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports on HR metrics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Proven 3-4 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to work from our office in Elippode, Trivandrum, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
