Should expertise in hardware break fix calls as field engineer.

• Manage, Admin & Break Fix enterprise servers.

• Should have an expertise in managing field calls for Enterprise networking, storage and tape library devices.

• Should be able to analyze the logs, identify the problem and replace the required hardware.

• Should have an experience in co-relating the issue with the hardware being replaced and mandatory tasks related to post hardware replacement.

• Should be knowledable to co-relate the hardware functioning across the physical and logical parts of the servers.

• Troubleshoot, test, and analyze complex issues
