  • Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.

  • Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer experience
  • Decent communication skills both written & verbal.
  • Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.
  • Good observation skills and presentable.
