- Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.

- Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer experience
- Decent communication skills both written & verbal.
- Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.
- Good observation skills and presentable.
