● Calling the customer to remind the due date of the installment.

● Reminder calls to delinquent customers who failed to make the EMI payment.

● Explain the consequences to customers of not paying on time.

What are some of the good to have skills for this role?

● Fresh graduates or maximum 1 year of experience in telesales, sales, customer

experience

● Decent communication skills both written & verbal.

● Should have basic knowledge of the internet and other search engine usage.

● Good observation skills and presentable.
