Job Overview
We are seeking an Executive Search Consultant for a mid-level role based in Mumbai. This full-time position requires 4 to 6 years of experience. The selected candidate will engage in identifying and recruiting top-tier executive talent and contribute significantly to our team's success and the fulfillment of our clients' needs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in candidate sourcing, market research, and talent mapping (Mandatory skill).
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter to effectively mine high-caliber candidates and engage them strategically.
- In-depth knowledge of Boolean search techniques to precisely target and identify suitable candidates efficiently.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills to manage candidate expectations and close offers successfully.
- Strong interviewing techniques to assess candidate suitability and ensure the right fit for client's strategic needs.
- Advanced usage of CRM tools for maintaining and tracking candidate data and streamlining the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple assignments simultaneously.
