Mystifly is currently seeking a business partner aligned to and work closely with business leaders to enhance workforce performance, foster and nurture strategic people enablers such as talent, leadership, learning and culture, as well as develop people solutions, to achieve the organization’s objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Responsible for Onboarding the new employees and facilitating HR Induction Programs.

·       Planning and managing attrition.

·       Providing performance management guidance to all the employees.

·       Preparing Employee Engagement Calendar and organizing the events as per the schedule.

·       Promoting and Branding the Employee Engagement Events.

·       Designing Training Calendar and organizing the trainings as per the business requirements.

·       Handling employee queries on policies and procedures via email and phone.

·       Handling escalations as first point of contact for all process related queries.

Requirements

·       7+ Years of experience post qualification.

·       Postgraduate (MBA/MSW).

·       Ability to work under pressure.

·       Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills.
