Key Responsibilities of a Product Manager

1. Product Strategy and Vision

  • Define and articulate the product's long-term vision in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop a comprehensive product roadmap with clear milestones and deliverables.
  • Perform market research and competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and risks.

2. Stakeholder Management
