About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst who has successfully completed CFA Level I and II. The ideal candidate will support investment analysis, financial modeling, and strategic decision-making initiatives. You will work closely with senior analysts and management to evaluate financial data, prepare reports, and contribute to business insights.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis of companies, sectors, and investment opportunities.
  • Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, comparable company analysis, and precedent transactions.
  • Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for corporate or client portfolios.
  • Analyze macroeconomic trends, market movements, and industry developments.
  • Support M&A, fundraising, or strategic planning initiatives with data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as accounting, operations, and strategy.
  • Assist in risk assessment and monitoring of portfolio performance.
  • Stay updated on financial regulations, industry best practices, and CFA Institute standards.


Required Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.

Successfully cleared CFA Level I and II.

1–3 years of experience in finance, investment analysis, corporate finance, or consulting.

Strong knowledge of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.

Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling), PowerPoint, and financial databases (Bloomberg, Capital IQ, etc.).

Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication skills – both written and verbal.

High attention to detail, integrity, and a strong work ethic.


Preferred Qualifications:

Progressing towards CFA Level III is a plus.

Experience in [insert industry: e.g., investment banking, private equity, asset management, etc.].

Familiarity with Python, Power BI, or data visualization tools is an added advantage.
