We are looking for a passionate individual for the role of Inbound Sales Executive at our Noida Office.

Roles and Responsibilities:

·       Answer customer calls professionally, handling queries and resolving complaints effectively.

·       Actively sell company's product and services to the customers who call.

·       Provide customers with the product and service information.

·       Make the customer interested in the product by explaining the product's benefits.

·       Conducting the demo set up for the different products.

·       Identify and escalate priority issues to the manager.

·       Complete call logs and call reports as necessary and update them in a timely manner.

·       Route calls to appropriate resources, whenever required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in BBA or management, marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and CRM software.
  • Proven sales experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
