Join our dynamic and fast-growing Sales Team at Mtalkz, a leading Enterprise-focused Global Brand in the CPaaS industry. 

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Expertise in direct sales with a proven track record of acquiring new clients. 
  • Actively seek and drive new revenue opportunities. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of the messaging business from both a product and market perspective. 
  • Collaborate with new and existing clients to enhance business growth through product positioning and marketing strategies. 
  • Analyze customers' business needs, technical requirements, and challenges to position the right solutions, demonstrating the value of Mtalkz’s offerings. 
  • Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, opportunity scoping, product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals. 
  • Drive sales of Mtalkz's products in the Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SME segments across India, ensuring high-quality deal closures in line with KPIs. 
  • Own the sales funnel from the SQL stage, including presenting solutions, drafting proposals, negotiating contracts, and finalizing deals. 
  • Act as a consultative sales expert, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. 
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Team to design solutions, draft requirement documents, and finalize agreements. 
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients, conducting market analysis, and identifying business opportunities. 
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to ensure a healthy pipeline of leads for conversion. 
  • Secure business opportunities by establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients. 

 

Requirement: 

  • 2-3 years of front-line software sales experience. 
  • A postgraduate degree is mandatory. 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills. 
  • Industry preference: Telecom, SMS, or IT Software solutions. 
  • Preferred sales experience: Enterprise sales in SaaS/PaaS-based platform solutions and API-driven products. 
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, with a preference for candidates experienced in Marketing Automation or Predictive Analytics solutions. 
  • Strong probing, listening, and negotiation skills. 
  • High business acumen with experience in at least three industry verticals. 
  • A proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
