Job Description: Site Engineer

Overview:

The Site Engineer will oversee daily site operations, ensure quality and coordinate manpower and materials, and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor work as per drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Ensure all site activities meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain material records and coordinate procurement requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and report deviations or issues.
• Prepare and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and site documentation.
• Provide weekly updates on progress, delays, risks, and resource needs.
• Support the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and site coordination.
• Market Purchasing If required

Reporting Structure:

The Site Engineer will report directly to the Project Manager and provide:

• Daily progress updates
• Weekly status reports
• Issue escalation
• Material and resource requirements
