About Moustache:

To ensure that every property embodies the Moustache spirit — we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to oversee on-ground brand installations,, and marketing setups across new and existing properties. 

Role Overview:

The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of branding, signage, and marketing installations at Moustache’s accommodation properties. This role combines operational execution with creative precision — from supervising property branding and photoshoots to managing vendors and ensuring visual consistency across all guest touchpoints. The position requires extensive travel, coordination across teams, and a strong sense of brand aesthetics. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Installations & Branding Setup

● Oversee the end-to-end setup of signages, room branding, in-room accessories, and offline marketing materials for new and existing properties.

● Ensure all branding and communication elements align with Moustache’s design identity and quality benchmarks.

● Collaborate with the Onboarding team to finalize branding placements and visual layouts across properties.

● Supervise installation work to ensure timely and flawless execution prior to each property’s launch. 

2. Vendor Management & Procurement

● Identify and onboard vendors for printing, fabrication, signage production, and installation.

● Negotiate pricing, delivery timelines, and quality standards to ensure cost-efficient and timely project completion.

● Maintain and update a reliable vendor database for use across multiple projects and properties. ● Manage vendor performance, payments, and service quality on an ongoing basis.

3. Budgeting & Cost Control

● Prepare budgets for property-level branding and marketing installations.

● Track and control expenses to stay within approved limits.

● Identify and implement cost-saving strategies while upholding design and quality standards.

4. Site Visits & On-Ground Execution

● Travel to various Moustache properties to oversee on-site installations, supervise execution, and troubleshoot issues.

● Coordinate with property managers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed to Moustache’s satisfaction.

● Ensure all branding and marketing elements are installed well before property openings or rebranding milestones.

5. Coordination & Reporting

● Work closely with the Team manager to ensure execution aligns with brand strategy and launch timelines.

● Provide regular updates on progress, vendor status, and budget utilization.

● Maintain proper documentation, photographs, and reports of all completed branding and installation activities.

6. Photoshoot Planning & Coordination

● Scout and onboard photographers and production teams for property photoshoots.

● Create shoot briefs, checklists, prop lists, and mood boards to align with brand visual direction.

● Coordinate on-ground execution and ensure consistency in visual storytelling across all marketing channels.

● Review and approve deliverables in line with the brand’s aesthetic standards. 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

● Project Timeliness: 100% installations completed before property launch or handover.

● Budget Compliance: All projects executed within approved financial limits.

● Vendor Efficiency: ≥95% adherence to quality and delivery timelines.

● Visual Consistency: Zero deviations from approved brand identity.

● Photoshoot Deliverables: 100% of shoots executed as per creative brief and schedule. 

Who You Are:

✔ 2+ years of experience in marketing coordination, branding execution, or project management (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or retail).

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

✔ Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.

✔ Creative eye for design, property aesthetics, and brand presentation.

✔ Comfortable with frequent travel and fieldwork across multiple destinations.

✔ Proficient in budgeting, scheduling, and reporting tools.

✔ Team player with the ability to coordinate between marketing, design, onboarding, and operations teams.
