Responsibilities

• Ensure appropriate candidates are sourced, hired, and oriented to meet the organizations talent needs.
• Must have Knowledge of using job portals like Linkedln, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
• Helping with designing and organizing employee engagement activities and key team events in order to build a strong organizational culture
• Handling day-to-day operational tasks
• Managing employee attendance
• Maintain internal HR systems and Employee trackers
• Address Employee queries relating to policies and processes
• Take care of Operational paperwork (Employment Agreement, Exit formalities etc)
• Manage formalities for Onboarding and exit
• Open to work on additional responsibilities

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitments.
• Preferable from hospitality or travel and tourism industry
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
