Job Overview

Moustache Escapes is seeking a Front Desk Executive to join our vibrant team in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India. As a Front Desk Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process. This is a full-time position ideal for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications and Skills

1. Experience - (Fresher - 3 years)
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Self Starter and willing to take risks
4. Available to work anytime including weekends
5. Excellent management and team skills
6. Education in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Travel & Toursim Mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
• Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately
• Manage reservations and maintain the front desk area in a tidy and organized manner
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary
• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of guest information
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and updating records
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of service
