About Moustache F&B:
Moustache is rapidly expanding in the Food & Beverage space, creating memorable dining and lifestyle experiences across cafés, bars, and restaurants in scenic locations. To elevate our on-ground engagement and brand storytelling, we are looking for an Events Manager – F&B who can conceptualize, plan, and execute premium events across all Moustache F&B outlets and properties.
Role Overview:
The Events Manager – F&B will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the events calendar across all Moustache outlets. This includes ideation, planning, budgeting, vendor management, logistics, and execution of brand-led, promotional, and guest experience events. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, passionate about hospitality, and can translate creative ideas into impactful guest experiences that strengthen Moustache’s F&B identity.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Conceptualization & Planning
○ Develop and execute innovative event concepts aligned with Moustache’s brand and F&B offerings.
○ Build an annual calendar of events including themed nights, festivals, collaborations, and property activations.
2. Event Operations & Execution
○ Manage complete event logistics – budgeting, vendor management, permits, and scheduling.
○ Ensure flawless on-ground execution in line with Moustache’s brand standards.
○ Supervise setup, ambiance, flow, and guest experience during live events.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
○ Collaborate with Marketing, F&B, Operations, and Finance teams for seamless event planning and delivery.
○ Act as the single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
4. Sponsorships & Partnerships
○ Identify and secure sponsorship or brand collaboration opportunities to enhance event reach and profitability.
5. Financial Accountability
○ Create and monitor event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and positive ROI.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
○ Measure event success using attendance, engagement, profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
○ Prepare post-event reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
7. Knowledge & Brand Familiarity
○ Maintain in-depth understanding of all F&B menus, promotions, and seasonal concepts across properties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
● Event Success Rate: 90%+ of events executed within budget and on schedule.
● Attendance Growth: 15–20% increase in event participation quarterly.
● Sponsorship Revenue: Minimum 10–15% of event budget supported via sponsors.
● Customer Satisfaction: 4.5+/5 average event experience rating.
● Profitability: Positive ROI on all ticketed or sponsored events.
Who You Are :-
✔ 3+ years of experience in event management, preferably within F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors.
✔ Proven track record of leading high-impact events end-to-end.
✔ Excellent organizational, negotiation, and people management skills.
✔ Creative problem solver with an eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
✔ Strong vendor, budgeting, and scheduling expertise.
✔ Comfortable with travel and on-ground event supervision across properties.
