Position Overview
The Business Development Executive – Property Acquisition will be responsible for
identifying, evaluating, and acquiring strategic property assets to support the company’s
growth plans. The role involves market research, sourcing potential sites, building strong
industry relationships, negotiating acquisition deals, and ensuring alignment with
company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sourcing & Acquisition
Identify potential properties, land parcels, commercial spaces, or residential units for
acquisition or leasing.
Conduct site visits, feasibility studies, and due-diligence checks.
Evaluate property suitability based on location, market potential, and business requirements.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential acquisition opportunities.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Analyze real estate trends, micro-market dynamics, pricing, and competitive activity.
Prepare market intelligence reports to support acquisition decisions.
Evaluate financial viability, ROI, and risk factors for potential acquisitions.
3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Lead negotiations with property owners, brokers, developers, and stakeholders.
Structure deals, draft proposals, and collaborate with legal teams on agreement
finalization.
Ensure smooth and timely closure of acquisition transactions.
4. Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with brokers, agents, developers, and institutional partners.
Attend networking events, property expos, and industry forums to expand deal sources.
Maintain healthy relationships with existing partners to drive repeat opportunities.
5. Internal Coordination
Work closely with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Senior Management to
align acquisition strategies.
Present acquisition opportunities and ROI analyses to leadership.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards and legal requirements.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field
1–3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate business
development, or related roles
Proven track record of successful property acquisitions or deal closures
Work Environment
Field-intensive role requiring frequent site visits
Collaboration with cross-functional teams
Travel as required for property sourcing and negotiations
