Responsibilities :-

  • Convening and servicing annual general meetings (AGMs)/meetings (producing agendas, taking minutes, conveying decisions, handling meeting correspondence and so on)
  • Providing legal, financial and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
  • Training directors and members of the senior leadership team on corporate governance matters
  • Keeping up to date with any regulatory or statutory changes and policies that might affect the organization
  • Ensuring that policies are up to date and are approved
  • Providing support to the board or other committees on specific projects
  • In public companies, acting as a point of contact and building good relationships with shareholders
  • Implementing processes or systems to help ensure good management of the organization or compliance with legislation
  • Writing reports managing office space and facilities
  • Identifying and monitoring risks to business performance
  • Administering pension schemes and share issues
  • Dealing with company/staff insurance policies
  • Managing contractual arrangements with suppliers/customers
  • Financial and HR administration.
  • Collating information.
  • Managing office space and facilities
  • Experience of working on direct tax & indirect tax compliances for companies in EMEA/Asia Pacific/Americas region is a must
  • Preparation and/or review of corporate income tax and VAT/GST/Consumption tax returns
  • Calculation of advance/estimated tax liabilities and ensuring timely payments of the same
  • Ensuring accurate, timely filing of income tax and indirect tax returns
  • Preparation and/or review of monthly income tax and indirect tax reconciliations
  • Preparation and/or review of tax journal entries to be posted in accounting tool
  • Undertaking of research on complex tax issues arising in regions such as EMEA, US etc.
  • Maintenance of records of all tax filings and payments done
  • Prepare various ad hoc reports required to support the tax calculations

·        Assist in preparation of response to queries raised by tax authorities includin collation of documents/details to be file

  • Determine potential business growth opportunities at Hospitals, Clinics, and Nursing Homes.
  • Develop good relationship with the customers and partners.
  • Implement new business development strategies to maximize profit and sales.
  • Provide customer satisfaction through negotiation.
  • Implement operational changes with proper planning and strategy.
  • Understand the need and preference of the customer and ensure that they are fulfilled.
  • Meeting the customers and brief them with the policies and procedures of the company.
  • Develop new business strategies according to the law and legal procedures.
  • Manage the all accounting activity in the company 

Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Minimum Education :- BA,B.COM,M.COM,BBA,
  • Technical Education :- C.A/C.S
