Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager specializing in Direct Procurement for our Gurgaon location. This senior-level, full-time position requires a minimum of 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in procurement and vendor management. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for overseeing procurement planning, managing raw material purchases, and ensuring effective supply chain management to support daily business operations and objectives.

- At least 8 to 15 years of experience in the procurement field, with proven skills in managing and optimizing procurement activities.
- Thorough understanding of procurement planning and its application in achieving organizational objectives efficiently.
- Solid experience in purchasing raw materials, ensuring the effective negotiation and management of supplier contracts.
- Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain management and the ability to integrate procurement strategies effectively.
- Proficient in vendor management with a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify procurement needs and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective collaboration and negotiation across all levels of the organization.
