Roles and Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

 Source, identify, and engage top-tier candidates within the financial markets, specializing in traders, quant traders, and quantitative analysts.

 Develop and maintain a strong network of professionals within the finance industry to ensure a pipeline of qualified candidates.

 Utilize various recruitment methods, including online job portals, industry events, and referrals, to attract exceptional talent.

Industry Networking:

 Leverage existing relationships and proactively build new connections within broking firms, proprietary trading desks, and algo trading communities.

 Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to stay abreast of market trends and identify potential candidates.

Candidate Assessment:

 Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills, industry knowledge, and cultural fit.

 Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Onboarding Support:

 Facilitate the smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

 Proven experience in recruiting for financial markets roles, specifically traders, quant traders, and quantitative analysts.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
