1. Calling existing customers and taking down their reviews from them and also do upselling of the company products.

2. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.

3. Processing all customer inquiries accordingly.

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

7. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
