The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing mathematical models to identify trading opportunities, analysing financial data, creating algorithms, executing strategies based on the models, monitoring market conditions, and making real-time trading decisions.

·         Key Responsibilities:

o   Develop and implement mathematical models to identify trading opportunities.

o   Analyse financial data to inform trading strategies.

o   Create and optimize algorithms for trading.

o   Execute strategies based on the developed models.

o   Monitor and analyse market trends in real-time and make informed trading decisions.

o   Continuously improve and refine trading models and strategies.

o   Collaborate with the investment team to align strategies with overall fund objectives.

o   Provide regular performance reports and insights to the management team.

o   Continuously optimize strategies to improve returns and manage risks.

·         Qualifications:

o   Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

o   Minimum 3 years of experience in quantitative analysis and trading.

o   Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or MATLAB.

o   In-depth knowledge of financial markets and trading instruments.

o   Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

o   Ability to work under pressure and make quick, data-driven decisions.

o   Strong communication and teamwork skills.
