Detailed Job Description:

 Work closely with the back office team to overlook the entire back-office work of equities and derivatives segment of all exchanges and DP operations.

 Overlooking day-to-day work of the back office (Equity and DP).

 Taking responsibility for DP operations.

 A practical experience of account opening, pay-in, pay-out to the exchange and pledge creation.

 Coordination and liaison with depository participants and other intermediaries related to the securities market.

 Closely working with the equities desk to understand the requirements on back office tasks and executing it in timely and effective manner.

 Fulfilling client necessities and assisting them with Demat account opening.queries.

 Having knowledge about RMS of trading software

 Monitoring clients daily risk position.

 Heading necessary processes on a regular basis in the RMS, DP and CRF process.

 Pledging and Unpledging of securities, Freeze and Unfreeze, Transmission, Closure, Billing, Modification and Coordination with Depositories.

Position – Back Office Executive Age - 25 yrs to 35 yrs

Experience -2 to 6 yrs.

Gender – Male/Female

Location – Goregaon ( Western line preferred)

Salary – 30k (depend upon interview)
