CTC - Upto 3 LPA plus incentives

Direct Payroll with Provident Fund Benefit

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Call Customers and collect personal loan overdue EMI & Charges

 Understand customer queries and try to resolve.

 Update daily achievement to supervisors 

 Achieve DRR and monthly targets set by the company

 Ensure to follow proper phone etiquettes and communicate to Customers as per prescribed guidelines 

Eligibility:

 Experience in Tele calling, NBFC.

 Good Communication Skills

 Graduation

 DRA certified 

 Spoken Language Proficiency: English and any other Indian language
