No of Direct Report: 5-6 SM/Sr RM/RM
Job Responsibilities:
· A person who can handle the area independently.
· Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures
· that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
· Identify, select and manage channel partners for optimal results
· Achieve Loan Book and Revenue targets for the region.
· Identify new sales and business opportunities,
· Pipeline development to build a sustainable business
· Lead a team of sales managers to meet the targets.
· Understand the credit risk and ensure good leads are pursued.
· Engage with CPA and credit Manager to resolve any Clarification/ additional inputs
· from clients for CAM preparation and presentation.
· Full responsibility for initial collections from the borrower client base.
· Develop channel partner relationships to accelerate business growth.
Skills Required:
· Graduate or Post Graduate with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
· Must have handled Clients in ---- and surrounding areas with turnover ranging from 50 lacs to 5-- Crore per annum.
· Must have experience of secured and unsecured loans.
· Must have worked with NBFC, Small Finance Bank or Bank in the area of secured (Mortgage base) lending.
· Must have strong relationship skills and business development skills.
· Should have demonstrated capability of achieving and outperforming aggressive targets.
· Should have handled DSA networks and other direct/indirect channels of customer acquisition.
· Must have a strong understanding of credit risk, and fraud risk and should have a strong intelligence network into local market.
· Strong track record of document understanding and collection.
· Must have experience of leading team.
