 Attendance, Leave, Overtime, Bonus, CML, etc.

 Recruitment from Portal/LinkedIn/campus.

 Salary process through HR Software and manual working on Muster roll.

 Handling Statutory compliance .

 ESI and PF Challans generation and deposit on Time.

 Payroll management, compliance.

 Joining and exit formalities.

 Handling Corporate Insurance.

 Designing the HR Policy.

 Event management.

 Reconciliation of the compliance co-ordinate with the account Team.  Inventory MIS.

 Handling Pre and Post grievances of the employee salary.

 Should be frequent in excel.
