A wellknown Furniture Ecommerce Company is hiring for Customer Support -Voice for their Corporate Office at Koramangala

Age Limit -30 

Exp - 0 to 6 years

Salary Upto 22k plus benefits plus incentives upto 10k per month (Fresher salary will be less)

Language - Hindi and English Fluency mandatory

Job Description :

1. Calling existing customers and take down the reviews from them and also do upselling of the company products.

2. Accurately recording details of customers’ purchase orders.

3. Processing all customer enquiries accordingly.

4. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.

5. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.

6. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

7. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
